Currencies: Dollar slides for seventh out of eight sessions ahead of Fed update

The U.S. dollar is in the red early Tuesday, looking to add yet another down day to its recent record and continuing to struggle for a new driver, ahead of the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy update on Wednesday.
