Jack in the Box explores selling itself

Jack in the Box Inc. is looking at strategic alternatives and has talked to buyers about a potential sale, the restaurant chain said Monday. The board didn’t determine a timetable for completing its review, Jack in the Box said. The company said it plans to have implemented a new capital structure by the time fiscal year 2019 is halfway over if it doesn’t decide on a strategic transaction.
