The Fed: House Democrat calls Powell’s testimony on bank deregulation ‘disingenuous at best’

Rep. Katie Porter, a freshman Democrat from California, said Tuesday she’s unhappy with answers she received from Fed Chairman Jerome Powell during his testimony to the House Financial Services Committee late last month.
